Policies and Procedures

• Pike Lane is a smoke free B&B
• Check in begins at 3:00 and check out is by 11:00 a.m.
• A 50% deposit is due at the time of your booking. The balance is due on arrival. We accept MasterCard and Visa, travelers checks or cash
• If for some reason you need to cancel your reservation, Pike Lane will either refund the deposit if we are able to rebook your room, or credit the deposit towards a future stay
• Pike Lane welcomes children 12 and older.
• We will do our best to accommodate any dietary or special needs you may have while you join us.
• Due to the intimate size of Pike Lane, we do not accept pets
• Breakfast is available from 8:30 10:00 am. ( unless special arrangements are made in advance)
